Sharlene is a seasoned professional with experience in industry, consulting, and as a corporate board director. She has spent over 25 years in consulting, leading the People function, as a People and Organization practice leader, and collaborating with clients to leverage her expertise in organizational strategy and design, leadership development, change management, and process and operations transformation.

Sharlene began her career in industry with Eli Lily and Company and Dell, where she held roles in operations and process improvement. After transitioning to consulting with EY, Sharlene leveraged her operations and process improvement experience; she later transitioned to focus on addressing the people and organization levers key to the achievement and sustainability of business improvements. Sharlene has held senior roles at Celerant Consulting, Hitachi Consulting, SSA & Company, Myrtle Consulting, and Accenture. As a People leader, she has partnered with firm leaders to either build or enhance the internal People function in both start-ups as well as more mature firms.

Sharlene earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering at Auburn University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University.

Sharlene resides in Jacksonville, FL, where she is married to an avid golfer, Adrian. She enjoys volunteering her time at both her undergraduate alma mater and in her local community; she is a passionate college football fan and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
