Frédéric Clos is an operations and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience helping industrial organizations improve performance, deliver complex projects, and navigate large-scale change. Throughout his career he has led international teams and advised leadership across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, with a consistent focus on turning strategy into measurable, sustainable results on the ground.

A French–American dual citizen who has been living and working across France, the United States and Malaysia, Frédéric began his career at Technip, where he managed manufacturing plants, led large subsea oil and gas projects, and served as Vice President of Subsea Infrastructure Manufacturing.

He later moved into consulting, holding senior leadership roles at Myrtle Consulting Group and at Accenture, where he built and grew operational excellence and industry practices and delivered results for clients including Weetabix, Mars Pet Food, Reckitt, Venator, and Aker Solutions. That same commitment to results and people-centered transformation now continues through Rubicon.

He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from École Centrale de Marseille, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Frédéric has been married since 1998 and has two sons. Outside of work he is a dedicated sports enthusiast, with a passion for wing foiling, kitesurfing, and triathlon.
