Sr. Partner, Co-Founder

Kablan Edwin Bosso is a global business leader, entrepreneur, author, and transformation expert with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations improve performance and navigate complex change.

Born in Côte d’Ivoire, Edwin’s life and career have been shaped by an unusually international journey. He has lived in Côte d’Ivoire, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Mexico, the Netherlands, and the United States, giving him a global perspective that has strongly influenced his approach to people, culture, and leadership. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Hague Polytechnic in the Netherlands and later received his MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Edwin began his career in Europe, including roles with International Paper in France and Peter Chadwick in London, before moving to the United States. Over the course of his career, he has advised and led transformation efforts for major organizations across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

An entrepreneur at heart, Edwin founded Myrtle Consulting Group, which grew into a recognized global management consulting firm specializing in operational excellence, supply chain transformation, and organizational change. Under his leadership, Myrtle worked with some of the world’s leading companies across multiple industries. The firm was ultimately acquired by Accenture, marking an important milestone in Edwin’s entrepreneurial journey.

Today, Edwin is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon Management Consultants. Rubicon reflects many of the principles that shaped Myrtle’s success: an entrepreneurial spirit, an intense focus on the client, a practical approach to transformation, and an unwavering commitment to delivering measurable results. Edwin’s work at Rubicon is focused on building a new generation of management consulting firm—one that combines deep operating experience, senior-level engagement, and a relentless focus on execution.

Edwin is also the author of 6,000 Dreams: The Leader’s Guide to a Successful Business Transformation Journey, in which he shares lessons drawn from decades of leading and advising complex business transformations. His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that sustainable change ultimately depends on people, clarity of purpose, and an organization’s ability to translate ambition into action.

Edwin and his wife, Edith, have four grown children and have made Houston home for more than two decades. Outside of business, he enjoys travel, spending time with his family, and following Chelsea Football Club.
