Jason Armistead is a Partner at Rubicon Management Consultants who partners with executive teams to support organizations to achieve their true potential. With over 30 years of experience, he has led many major global improvement programs, supporting some of the world’s top chemicals, oil & gas and manufacturing firms across 6 continents of the world. He has managed several major accounts across multiple years, creating significant value for his clients and enabling them to achieve their strategy. He has completed over 80 programs delivering in excess $750 million in annualized benefits.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science, Information Systems, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master of Global Management, Thunderbird School of Global Management. 

Jason was Co-founder Audere Partners and later Co-Founded ArMur Consulting, management consulting firms specializing in operational excellence, leadership development and business transformation.

Jason has been married to his wife, Erika, for nearly three decades, and together they have one grown child. Outside of work, he is passionate about leadership development, international travel, and golf.
